Pathfind Preprocess Generation Attributes

Description
"resolvePositionNearObstructedEndPoints" Defaults to false.
If this attribute is set to true then PathEngine will attempt to resolve nearby unobstructed positions for any obstructed off-mesh connection endpoints during pathfinding preprocess generation (with the resolved positions then also used instead of the original endpoints during path generation).
